The symbol is very creative; instead of those ugly looking zombie, this zombie is cute but at the same time very zombie-like with the blood on the teeth and face. Looks like the zombie has went through some tough battle :D
The transitions within your GIF is so smooth. I also like the zombie character you created for your symbol. The colors and details you added make the zombie less gruesome or scary but still very zombie-like.
